Days 2 to 7, exponential growth

It started with yeast.

Head brewer on Disney property.

Yes, Disney had a brewery. I ran it and filed the excise taxes.

Co-founded a yeast lab.

Inoculum Labs: brewer's yeast and bacteria at commercial scale, single cell to 4,000-liter stainless. I wrote all ~250 SOPs myself.

Days 7 to 12, stationary phase

Then cGMP pharma.

Ran bioreactors as an upstream SME at a large CDMO.

Production-scale cell culture under cGMP, with a batch record for every run.

Then fixed the processes and quality systems around them.

Dedicated continuous improvement specialist inside the CDMO's technical operations team.

Day 14, harvest

Now: Quality Assured AI.

I run Quality Assured AI: bespoke validated AI systems, built by cGMP specialists for cGMP specialists.
